Definitions
“Platform” / “Site” - The Inside Circle website, learning portal, and any sub-domains.
“Discord Community” - Our private Discord server and any other private messaging groups we operate (e.g. Telegram).
“Course(s)” - All digital training materials, videos, templates, and resources we make available to you after purchase.
“Subscription” - The recurring Discord membership currently priced at USD $49/month.
“Course + Subscription Bundle” - One-time course fee of USD $500 plus USD $35/month for Discord access.
“Lifetime Access” - One-time payment of USD $2,999 granting access to all current and future Course content and Discord channels for as long as we continue to operate the Platform.
“We/Us/Our” - Inside Circle (the legal entity above).
“You/User” - Any natural or legal person who accesses or purchases from the Platform.
Welcome to Inside Circle. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website, products, services, and memberships, including all associated content and functionality, offered via ClickFunnels and related platforms.
By accessing or using Inside Circle, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services.
1. About Inside Circle
Inside Circle offers digital information products, including online courses, programs, and memberships. Our services are provided through various tiers.
Access is granted via monthly subscriptions or one-time payments depending on the offering.
2. Eligibility
By using the site, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements:
• You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to create an account.
• You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials; sharing or reselling access is strictly prohibited.
3. Memberships & Subscriptions
3.1. Monthly Subscriptions
Some services may involve recurring monthly charges. By signing up, you authorize Inside Circle to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis until canceled.
3.2. One-Time Payments
Certain products or courses are available for one-time purchase. These are not subject to recurring charges unless stated otherwise.
3.3. Cancellation & Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard or by contacting our support team.
• Prices are in US Dollars and exclude any VAT/GST unless stated.
• We accept payment by credit/debit card, PayPal, and any methods shown at checkout.
• If a payment fails, we may suspend or terminate access until the balance is paid.
Refunds are granted in accordance with our Refund Policy (see Section 6).
4. Intellectual Property
All content provided through Inside Circle, including videos, text, graphics, course materials, and branding, is the property of Inside Circle or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or share any content without written permission.
5. User Conduct
You agree not to:
Share or distribute your login information.
Resell or redistribute our content or services.
Use the site for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website or systems.
6. Refund Policy
We offer refunds on a case-by-case basis, because our digital content is delivered instantly, all sales are final and no refunds are provided unless required by law.
If you purchase from the UK/EU, you acknowledge that by gaining immediate access to the digital content you waive your 14-day withdrawal right under consumer legislation. Refunds for subscription services will not be prorated; access will remain until the end of the billing cycle.
No refunds will be provided for Private Members Club unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.

7. Modifications to the Service
Inside Circle reserves the right to modify or discontinue any part of the site, memberships, or offerings at any time with or without notice.
8. Limitation of Liability
Inside Circle shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:

All content is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

10. Community Code of Conduct
By joining the Discord Community you agree to:
• Treat others with respect; no harassment, hate speech, or spam.
• Keep proprietary information confidential.
• Follow Discord’s own Terms of Service.
Violation may result in suspension or termination without refund.
11. Earnings & Educational Disclaimers
All information is provided for educational purposes only. We make no earnings guarantees. Any income examples are exceptional and do not represent typical results.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Platform will not exceed the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (loss of profit, data, goodwill, etc.).
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Inside Circle harmless from any claim, loss, or expense (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these T&C or misuse of the Platform.
14. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or any unlawful activity.
15. Governing Law
